Your cost of cleaning is based on many factors such as the cleaning tasks and conditions, frequency of cleanings and schedule, size of location, etc. We do not provide pricing over the phone or by email, we do require an appointment to be set up for a walk-through of your location.

Yes we do. Seacoast Cleaning carries ample General Liability and a matched value in Commercial Auto Insurance.

All of our commercial and residential cleaning work is 100% guaranteed. We always strive to please our customers to the best of our abilities. If you ever have any concerns please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will work with you to resolve any areas of concern. Keeping our customers happy is our way of measuring success.

What type of scheduling do you have?

We offer cleaning service appointments on many different schedules including one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. For recurring customers we try our best to schedule the same days/times for your appointments. Seacoast Cleaning does ask any client that needs to cancel a cleaning to call and let us know 24 hours in advance.

What type of cleaning products do you use?

Seacoast Cleaning uses a range of cleaning products. Most of our products are made by Simple Green or Zep. Our product line up can be tailored to each cleaning, using special products you request or all natural green cleaning solutions.
