Seacoast Cleaning operates on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. If you do not see your town listed below, Please contact us we may still offer service in your area.

How much will cleaning service cost?

Your cost of cleaning is based on many factors such as: frequency of cleanings, tasks you want done, pets, etc. Email us to setup a time to meet at your home or office for a quote specific to your needs!


Do you carry insurance?

Yes we do. Seacoast Cleaning carrys ample General Liability, and a matched value in Commercial Auto Insurance. Our staff are fully covered by workers compensation and bonded as well.


What are my payment options?

We currently accept cash, checks, or credit card. Payment is due at time of service for residential customers, commercial customers are billed monthly.


Do you guarantee your work?

All of our work is 100% guaranteed. We always strive to please our customers to the best of our abilities. If you ever have any concerns please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will work with you to resolve any problems you may have. Keeping our customers happy is our way of measuring success.


Is it okay if I have pets?

Seacoast Cleaning does not mind cleaning up after, or around your pets as long as your pets do not mind us. We do run vacuum cleaners and move about the house quite a bit, if this is something that would make your pet uneasy you may want to restrict them to a portion of your home, or a crate.


Do I have to do anything before you come to clean?

It is helpful to have everything picked up as much as possible before we come, it will save you money and allow us to give you the cleaning results you desire. If we have to spend a lot of time picking up areas before we clean you may be billed for the extra time.


What type of scheduling do you have?

We work with all of our customers to find the best schedule for you. We can come as often as you like, or for a single visit. Most of our customers choose from a weekly or biweekly schedule. Seacoast Cleaning does ask any client that needs to cancel a cleaning, to call 24 hours in advance.


What type of cleaning products do you use?

Seacoast Cleaning uses a range of products. Most of our products are made by Simple Green, or Zep. Our product line up can be tailored to each cleaning, using special products you request, or all natural green cleaning solutions.


How many people will be coming to clean?

We work individually, in teams of 2 or in teams of 3. It really depends on the size and what type of cleaning tasks you are looking to have done.


Do we have to be home when you clean?

You don’t need to be home when we are cleaning, but we welcome you to do so. Usually our clients provide us with a key to their homes so they can come home to it sparkling and clean. We recommend that if you stay while we clean to please work with us to stay off wet floors. We also need you to minimize distractions that affect our ability to work at our normal pace, we may have to charge more if we can’t complete work on schedule due to such distractions.
